Hi, well here we are again. Last week I did a 5 day
Water Fast and then one day of juices - mainly fruit and today - day 2 - I have had juice and veg. soup. I lost in total 12lbs. I feel great and I'm ready for my next fast. I am glad in away that I am taking the little breaks inbetween as if I really crave something I can have it. In fact the opposite happened - I just hate the smell of meat now and the thought of Pepsi Max (which before the fast I couldn't get enough of!!!) fills me with horror. So odd!!!!!!
Anyway I plan to do a 3 day fast again - Wed, Thurs and Friday
If I feel motivated enough I will continue on to Sat. I have a 1 year old so it can be hard for me at times. So I need motivated - that is why this site is so fab. I would like to thank everyone for their support on my last fast.
Would someone like to join me???
