Dilute the blended fruit with water. and the lentil soup? u dont want to eat that. You know i am kinda cheating right now myself..I have celery, plain salad and sugar free jello if i am REALLY hungry. It will keep me from freaking out and going for REAL food.
All of those things have like 0 calories and macronutrients. Jello is 10 calories though. but if i am starving it makes me happy. and drink drink drink.
well this is only my 2nd day so yes i did lose weight..I went from 141.0 to 139.6
I had a few stalks of celery and a plate of plain salad sprayed with liquid aminos.. crystal light..some grapefruit juice and my superfood
Today i ate a jello and some diluted juice and superfood ..and a coke zero...LOL
But I have fasted many times... one time i did a 29 day oj fast with soaked almonds and maple syrup... I didnt lose quite as much weight but as i do with master cleanse though.. due to the almonds I am sure.. but i got to 113 pounds ..I think i lost like 15 pounds in 30 days ..not as much as usual. so dont do almonds ..takes forever..but usually i always cheat..someone made the comment of putting food in your mouth and spitting it out.. I have done that also.. Or when cooking dinner i have ate a piece of broccoli or a teeny bite of chicken..doesnt hinder my progress at all..but it does make you want to REALLY do a full blown cheat..so best to stay away from that kinda thing. Here's what i am going to do this time. Cuz i got a long way to go to 110 this time...usually i am not this heavy.. If i am dying i will do my celery, sugar free jello or the plain salad. I suggest you get some emergency celery just in case. will tell you how much i weigh tommorrow:))
