Since you have fasted almost a week I would break it tomorrow. When you break you can get loose stools. That would be bad for business (pun intended) ;)
You can still stay on the detox and loss track though even if you are not fasting.
How to: (in order of importance)
- no meat/dairy/egg
- no processed food
- no medication/caffine (i cheat on the caffine one myself)
- organic is ideal
Basically eat as close as you can to organic vegan-style. It will make it easier to get back into fasting. Personally I suggest to fast all day with a healthy dinner at night. It makes it easy/cheap/preventsrushingand settling for junky food.Plus it keeps the stomach small to get back to fasting.Do take a vitamin at that time.
