Hi, this is my first day fasting - I plan to do 5 days and maybe continue depending on how I feel. The longest I have fasted has been 7 days and I did find that a challenge. Any advise???? Or it would be great if some people were starting today too.
The most I can say is press in. My first 3 days were the most difficult and almost to day 6 now and I am doing great without any food. I even exerise every day:-)
