Stirring the pot? Maybe. People, who proselytize their religion, do that to me. And people who force their religious prejudice do as well.

That brought to mind the saying of Karl Marx about religion being the opiate of the masses. Of course, Marx was the founder of Marxism from which communism was founded. I think he means that people are generally drugged mindlessly on their religion; especially in numbers. As there is safety in numbers. Opiate - opium - drug. Marx felt that religion would interfere with politics and society greatly. I wonder why?
