Hi Ya'll,
The subject of what to eat and what folks like to eat comes up all the time, so what about eating liver?
As usual not everything may be as it may 1st seem to be !
Liver is just like anything else !
It "ALL" depends upon it's Quality or Lack of Quality !
And "Most" Liver from farm raised animals today may not be fit to eat, because of the Poor Quality feeds these animals may eat and the Antibiotics most animals are fed !
I remember more than 50 years ago my Dad showing me what a Good Beef Liver looked like vs a Sick Beef liver !
Years later as I visited some Slaughter houses and asked about the Quality of present day Livers comming out of todays animals, the response from the old timers was that it was real Hard to find any Good Quality Livers today !
If you have ever seen a Good Quality Liver from a Fresh Killed animal and then would compare it to what is generally available of Poor Quality today, you would understand what I am refering to !
An animal which is Sick and Diseased has a "Toxic" Liver, because the Liver is what is supposed to Remove the Toxins from the body, but if the animal is Sick and Diseased, so may be it's Liver !
And this problem may come from a Lack of needed Magnesium and Calcium and other needed Alkaline Minerals in man or animal or Plants, which the Liver "Must" have in order to stay Healthy !

What could act as the Plants Liver?
The Rest of our Commercially raised food are not in much Better shape !
Is it any wonder "WHY" so many folks are Sick and Diseased?
