Hello all,
I'm starting a 2 week fast tomorrow if everything goes well at doctors, I'm getting a physical and just want his approval. I have stopped eating about an hour ago since i need to fast for my blood work anyways.
I was wondering if anyone would like to chat with me ever on Aim about fasting and learn from experiences etc.

This is a reply to # 1,200,656Good luck Jimmy. I hope your doctor supports you. However if they don't you may need to look further for some professional support. Natural Hygiene doctors support fasting and so do Cranial Osteopaths, and will be happy to supervise you while you fast.
