There's no simple answer to your question...everyone responds differently to the cleanses. The parasite cleanse generally has a specific schedule, but a Colon Cleanse varies greatly regarding the length of time needed or desired. And there are no hard and fast rules, either. I would continue on the p&b as long as you are passing a significant amount of mucoid plaque...which could go on for a few months...and then do the liver cleanse. You can also stop the Colon Cleanse and do a liver cleanse if your intuition tells you this is best...and then resume the Colon Cleanse if necessary. I would not advise doing them simultantaneously, though...it could be unnecessarily stressful on the body and you may not get optimal results with the liver cleanse.
