One thing which I have noticed in many people who start learning about the Acid
Alkaline pH Balancing, and that they are too Acidic, is that they can not
understand why if most of their body appears to be ok, how come different parts
of the body could be to Acidic!
And especially anyone who has gone to a Doctor or Naturopath or anyone who has
supposed tested them and tells them that they have enough Calcium etc and are
ok!
This really causes most people lots of problems, because now they have been told
they are balanced and thus should be ok, or they have been told they have enough
Calcium!
The main problem is that most tests which are done by any of the above
practioners may not be correct when it comes to the Calcium which the body needs to stay Healthy!
The body needs more Calcium than "ANY" other Alkaline Mineral!
In women it may be as high as 700 times more than as in men!
And yet, no one seems to understand this!
Now most of the reason for this is because of how the mainstream and most other
practitioners have been taught to view the Calcium!
The normal teachings about how Calcium reacts and what it does is "INCORRECT" !
Normal teachings , unless it has changed by now, consider Calcium as a Cation!
This means that it contains a certain charge or may we say power and is supposed
to react in a certain way!
When in "FACT" the Calcium is an Anion!
And why is this or how is this? This is because of the direction of the rotation
of the electron around the nucleus is of a different direction!
Now just what does this have to do with anything?
Why is this important?
It is important because this determines how much Energy it may produce in a
reaction against another element!
In other words it determines how much Electro-magnetic Energy may be Released when
Calcium is involved in the reaction!
This energy is measured in Millhouse units of energy!
A cation may contain from 500 to 999 Millhouse units of energy!
An Anion may contain only 1 to 499 Millhouse units of energy!
So as anyone with the least bit of Common Sense may see it is very important as
to how Calcium is viewed as its energy level potential may be concerned!
Because of this the mainstream thought places Calcium as having the higher levels of
energy, when it really has the lower levels of energy potential!
Why does this matter?
If you have a Train with a 1000 Horse power needed to pull a load, would you
expect to pull the same load with a Volkswagon car with less than 100 horse
power?
What this means in reality is that it takes "MANY" times more Calcium for the
body to stay Healthy than what people think!
So what does this have to do with Aches and Pains?
"IF" you have "ANY" aches or pains, it may be because your body is too Acidic,
because it is too Short of Calcium and Magnesium!
And the amount of Calcium is needed in the Highest amounts in ratio to the amount of magnesium!
So, "IF" we supply our body with enough Calcium and some magnesium, we may
"STOP" "ALL" of our Aches and Pains anywhere in our body!
Of course we need the other Alkaline Minerals also, but we must have the
Calcium!
"WE" are What "WE" Eat !
