Not sure about this, best guess is it may be to do with the intense exercise and the fact that you may have eaten some processed food recently (you mentioned burgers etc in a recent thread). I agree with vx, relax and rest, de-stress, let things settle down, see if the symptoms go away.
I also think that it's best to drink when you feel thirsty, and not just for the sake of it.
Well done anyway, things are looking much better than before! :-)
