Comments about these: "IF" these were "Top Quality" then they would provide a
very good source of Protein and other Alkaline Minerals for the body ?
But, what happens when they are Poor Quality ?
And what Causes them to be Poor Quality ?
When they are not grown properly and they Lack in the needed Alkaline Minerals ,
many times they will then contain too much Funny Protein(NPN) !
What does Funny Protein(NPN) do to the Body ?
Could it be that it may Cause the Digestive system to not function properly and
Cause Putrification of the food, which would Cause Smelly Gas to form and
Bloating and other Poor Digestion problems to come about ?
Excess NPN in the Digestive system may "KILL" the Good Digestive Bacteria needed
to properly Digest our foods !
Then "WE" have Poor Digestion, and we may have Anerobic Bacteria to start
working on the foods in our Gut and these may Cause Putrification of the Foods,
which may lead to a Stinky Smelly Mess in our Gut, instead of the needed Good
Aerobic Bacteria ?
And also Bloating etc !
And this may be "ALL" because of a shortage of the needed Alkaline Minerals and
enough Live Carbohydrates in these Pulses ?
So, what is a person to do who eats this kind of Poor Quality foods and does not
have anything else to eat ?
Could it be that "IF" we learned to add enough needed Live Carbohydrates and
Alkaline Minerals , that this may help ?
Hmmmmmmmmmmm?
One may do this by adding Blackstrap Molasses to the meal !
Also in preparing the meal, if one would soak these pulses in clean water
several times and pour the water off each time before cooking, it may be
possible to take some of the Funny Proteins(NPN) out of them ?
And one may see these Funny Proteins(NPN) comming off as Bubbles in the soak
water ?
