"Hello - a SMALL amount won't hurt. I usually say stop supplements - especially if they're taken in large doses - because the liver will be working super hard during the parasite cleanse and just does not need the additional stress. But that's a personal choice - sometimes folks are taking supplements BECAUSE of parasite related symtoms. Thanks!"

I honestly don't know if the niacin pills will make HUMAWORM better or worse. HUMAWORM contains ingredients that help reduce die-off and detox symptoms so I don't know how it will react to a forced detox reaction of the blood vessels. You can try it and see - the flushing might get heavier or lighter. If you do decide to keep taking the niacin while taking HUMAWORM, please let me know what the reaction is. Thanks!
