by tea? or did they eat them? ewww

How do you make all the herbs you need fit into the tiny capsules?
it seems like there wouldnt be much medicine in there. ya know?
Just interested is all.

One last thing, do your herbs grow on nutrient rich soil?
I know that the soil in america is so crappy and deficient
from bad farming practices.
