Even if you can't see the results on the scales or feel them in any other way the body never stops working to make you healthier during a fast. If you don't notice any discomfort for a few days just enjoy it. As for weight loss, you will be losing fat at all times regardless of whether it is showing on the scales or not. Sometimes the body is rebuilding or replacing damaged or old flesh and therefore the body mass simply changes but does not become less. It's all good though, you just need a bit of patience. Nothing you try will be quicker than fasting.
