I've been experiencing a lower back pain on my right side, in fact it is not entirely on the back but almost on the side, below the rib cage.
The pain has increased as I increased Iodine. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm interested in what could my body be trying to tell me. Too much Iodine? Or, too much detox from bromide/other stuff?
I went up to 50mg x day on Lugols. So far I've stopped for a day to regroup.
Hate to repeat, but have you tried the Salt Flush, are drinking plenty of clean water, taking adaquate, Vit C, Selenium, R-lipoic acid, IP-6 to bind to the metals and flush them out? If yes and pain is persistant. Then try pulsing the iodine, 2 days on 2 off, etc some people find it works best for them.
Toss a little inositol in with that. I preferred to add straight Lugol's to the inositol in order that some of the hydroxy groups become iodinated. Also, the true active in all this is ICl. Consider formation of KI3 ("Lugol's") from KI and I2, then ponder the rxn between KCl and I2. Adding KI3 to the stomach that contains HCl & enzymes produces KI2Cl, which is effectively ICl + KI. KI2Cl I believe superior to KI3, but won't say how because such would invite so many questions I don't feel like answering, but, just ponder what I've written.
Yes. I get that. I take hydrangea and put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a big glass of water, drink 2-3 glasses a day. This will help to flush the toxins out of the kidney. When the pain is gone, you can increase the Lugols.
i think its the liver. i had it too. i also got it with lots of Colloidal Silver for a long time. i think its oxidative stress. the glutathione gets used up quicker. it wasnt as bad with Iodine as it was with CS. that is because Iodine is an oxidizer and an antioxidant at the same time.
