Hi E1,
I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic on Wednesday. I have been reading in this site sinnce then and I understand that the main goal is to rid the body of toxins (easier said than done). I am just starting out and trying to develope a plan to eliminate this disease. My doctor put me on metformin once daily. I am not on insulin or anything else. My game plan was to take the metformin until i had completed the bowel cleanse,
parasite cleanse then the
kidney cleanse then the liver cleanse. Then it seems that I must do the liver cleanse repeatedly, every 2 weeks, then perhaps start taking some milk thistle extract to rebuild the lver.
While doing all these cleanses it is vital to change my eating habits, avoiding toxic foods (apparently anything man-made), switching to fresh fruits and vegetables- I can't seem to come up with a good food plan. Absolutely no sugar, but I can bake with brown rice syrup. Lower my meat intake (to what? and what type of meats?) . I will continue to research the site with respect to foods to eat.
My question is this, is metformin bad for me?
Should I forget about it, and just do the cleanses? I took my second metformin today and am already developing the headache, gut-clenching stomach ache and diarrhea that was my day yesterday. I feel that anything that makes me feel so bad can't be good for me, but I will persevere if it won't hurt me.
This was how my plan was forming: Stabilize my
Sugar with metformin- I have not tested over 9.8 yet at any time of day on my glucose meter.
1. start the zapping without the
parasite cleanse(just relying on the zapper to do it) and do a bowell cleanse. I haven't found an easy
Bowel Cleanse yet that I can do on weekends- I work full time.
2. do a kidney cleanse.
3. do a liver cleanse 2 weeks into the game plan.
4. Change my diet right away.
5 and continue with cleanses and liver attention especially- regenerate and rebuild.
Should Metformin be a part of this plan?
Any ideas?
Any Suggestions?
