Hi b~, I'm just seeing this a day and a half after you posted it and I'm so sorry you are experiencing such discomfort. It may very well be a healing crisis, but since you have experience with fasting previously, I encourage you to listen to your body.
If you are still suffering as you were at the time of your posting, then perhaps it might be best to take a break for a few days, and then resume your fast when you feel up to it.
Please don't feel guilty if you pause for a while, fasting doesn't have to be an uncomfortable experience, and I don't encouraging punishing yourself.
If you do go off the fast for a while, try to cut way back on unhealthy foods, eat lots of fresh fruit and raw veggies, and drink fresh unsweetend juices, preferably from your own juicer.
