Good Morning - The dosing is for 5 days every 3-6 months. If your puppy is an indoor dog, every 6 months is sufficient, but if he is an outdoor dog, every 3 months is recommended.

Senna is included in a small amount to prevent constipation. Constipation can occur when the worms are all trying to come out at the same time and can block the colon. He won't become dependant when it's used in this manner.

Garlic is very toxic to the parasites, but harmless for dogs and cats to take. I personally feed my cats and dogs a small bit of garlic everyday to keep the fleas and ticks off of them.

I would be afraid to send more than 2 months worth at a time because the herbs we use in all of our products are the absolute freshest available.
