Hi I am currently suffering severe intermittent fatigue, before doing any detox program. So far I am able to give myself meagre energy levels by eating only handful size protein meals and some vegetables 2-3 times a day, and drinking 2 litres of water a day. When I take any supplementation like iodine, zinc, b6, or come off my diet even just a little, I get so fatigued. I really want to do a comprehensive chelation program but any supplements seem to tire me out to the point of Depression
and I have quit several jobs as a result of it.
any advice welcome.
