Can you exercise while fasting?
The short answer is yes: but that depends on your current health status and your reasons for fasting.
If you are in relatively good health and/or you are fasting for reasons such as weight- loss, then moderate exercise will be beneficial in reaching your goals.
However, if you are fasting for the recovery of your health, or any diseased state, then it would be best to avoid exercise and rest as much as possible, as the bodily-energies expended during exercise, would be put to better use for healing and cleansing.(opinion based on my own experience & that of many qualified Fasting supervisors).
