pounds or you could lose 10 pounds. Both would be unlikely in the extreme but possible. The average is one pound per day depending on your starting weight. I'm not sure why you've chosen 26 days, be aware though that for a 26 day fast you need to allow 52 days for before your fasting cycle is complete. 26 days of consuming water only according to thirst, and then 26 days of eating mostly raw foods as you recover and restock your body with stores. If you eat correctly during this time and don't overeat your weight gain will be minimal- in fact if you are still overweight your weight loss may continue. It is important to allow the Refeeding period into your calculations however, and be aware of course that returning to the same diet/lifestyle after your fast will most likely lead to the same problems occuring in the future.
