Much has been said about Calcium and Magnesium and the needs of each for the body !
But, what do "WE" really understand about each of them?
Magnesium has Very unique properties to it !
Magnesium is an Alkaline Mineral, yet taking it will not Cause Constipation by causing the Digestive system to dry up !
But, Calcium, while it is also an Alkaline Minerals may cause constipation, if it is taken in large enough amounts to cause our Digestive Acids to become Totally Neutralized !
Whereas the magnesium will not do this?
As a Normal condition most Alkaline Minerals may Cause the body or the plant to dry down and or Lose water !
But, Sodium and Potassium help regulate the osmotic pressure in our cells, with the Sodium Causing the Water to be retained within the cell structure and the Potassium causing the water to move to the outside of the cell structure !
Much is not fully understood by most folks !
And Magnesium remains a mystery to most folks !
Could it be that Magnesium may have different Isotopes, kinda like Nitrogen?
Plants must have Magnesium in order for them to convert the sunshines Energy into matter !
Do you suppose "WE" may also need the Magnesium to convert the Electro-magnetic Energy released in our Digestive systems back into New Cells in our body?
Could this be part of "WHY" those who "Fail" to eat enough Fresh Dark Green Leafy Vegetables, which is where the Magnesium comes from in their Chlorophyll, may be and or have so much Sickness and Diseases to bother them?
Could this be "WHY" my suggestion of learning to take a small pinch of Epsom Salt( Magnesium Sulfate) in water with each meal may do so much Good?
Could it be because most folks are not getting the needed Magnesium, because of "Failing" to eat the needed Green Leafy Vegetables?
