I am looking for a broad spectrum enzyme supplement to help with digestion.
I'm considering getting either Enzymedica Digest Gold or Garden of Life's Omega-Zyme ULTRA. Does anyone know which enzyme is better??

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,176,713I use Digest Gold. The other product does not look bad, but with Digest Gold you only need 1 pill right before a meal. You can go to the website and use the live chat or use email to talk with a product person. I ask them questions often when comparing to other products and they explain the difference.
