hi everybody,
i just wanted to make it official that i'm starting my fast tonight :) ideally, i would like to aim for 14 days (twice as long as my first fast) but i am going to really listen to my body, and if i need to end early, i will. the same goes for if the fast is super successful, i'll listen to my body and wait until true hunger sets in. i have 9 days left on my hot yoga challenge, so this will be very interesting to see if the "active fasting" helps alleviate some of the detox symptoms i had during the first fast.
anyway, i'm sure i'll be asking for lots of advice again :) translation: get ready, Fonty and Chrisb1 :) and thanks in advance for your support!
