it all depends on what you want to accomplish by taking iodine.
all of them will help iodinate and restore the body to sufficiency. but there are many things that a person can have going on that require different types or various amounts of Iodine
in order to accomplish the goals in a reasonable time.
if all you are looking for is the boost of energy and mental clarity, then the lower dose detoxifieds like the three you mention are it. i have reliable testimony of phils and personal experience with magnascent. they work extremely well for the amount of Iodine
that is in them. i tend to agree that 2% is better than 1%, if for no other reason than it appears the process in these products is the greater cost factor than the Iodine
since i have not tried all three, i cant comment as to a camparison of efficacy. i only know that those forms are effective.
i also know that a magnetic field does decrease oxidative stress(the "toxic" component of iodine, perhaps?). i hit a wall with Lugols
at 300mg(48 drops) that if i went much over that it was stressful feeling. by strapping some super powerful hard drive magnets(never throw them away till youve taken them out) to my dropper bottle from heritage with the blunt dropper pipette, i was able to double the amount i could take to 600mg with no problem whatsoever. higher doses required me to reduce some of the I2 to iodine in order to take it. wilsons, at only 2%I2, was perfect for that and i was able to maintain 1000mg per day for three weeks, to the great benefit of my health. to this day, whether Lugols
or wilsons, i use that same bottle, only replacing the rubber from time to time. my magnets still hang there at the bottom, affixed by some red electrical tape.
the idea of using magnets came from the cayce method of "detoxification". i doubt anyone understands the clinical application of iodine and its various forms better than me. i know what it does and i know what works. i also know how confusing all of this can be because i have to try to explain it all the time and the blank stares are like wallpaper. it is no ones fault, its just a lot to understand, especially without any background in chemistry, biology, etc. i find i barely have what i need as it is. imparting it to others is a challenge. so far, with those who have done what i suggest to do, i am batting 1000. i hope the lord keeps leading me in that direction.
a little note on vocabulary. the minute you mention detoxified iodine, it evokes visions of a toxic iodine and all that goes with that, including the skull and crossbones. nothing could be further from the truth. you would think there is some kind of Conspiracy
