Hi, Mole,
Molly B. will weigh in here too I bet but in the meantime I'd like to offer a suggestion: why not try breaking down your problem into parts. Then maybe it will seem more manageable.
So: get out a sheet of paper and a pencil and brainstorm the things that might be hindering your body's ability to just throw off this infection.
It helps me to affirm that I'm actually working *with* my body -- the ability to heal is there, I just need to support it. (A corollary to that is that our bodies actually "know" more than our doctors, heh heh heh -- take that one on faith if you have to ;-))
Example for your list: diet. What's yours? Are you eating anything that might be toxic/allergenic to you? Mucus-forming? If you are, then you should strongly consider eliminating those things at least until you feel better. You might further consider stripping your diet down to fresh/raw fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. Consider investing in a juicer if you don't own one.
Other items on your list may include stress, spinal alignment issues, relationship issues, exposure to environmental toxins/allergens,
parasites (including Candida), deficiencies in particular nutrients, poor elimination (bowel & liver function issues).
Once you have your list, let your intuition guide you to which items are most important to address ASAP. Pay attention to how your body feels as you review the list -- if you affirm you are working with your body and ask it to help you'll feel tightening or other sensations as you work. Discomfort is one sign, as are those happy "ah hah!" type signals.
This is a learning process, you have to disengage your intellect for a bit and trust that even the tiniest baby steps will put you on the right path.
When you've identified what is most important for you right now, you'll have a working plan which will hopefully fast track you to relief of your symptoms at least.
My 2 cents -- and sorry if I'm being presumptuous here -- is that in your questions about brands of oil etc. you're focusing on details that really don't matter that much. Obviously you should go with organic, minimally processed for your oil -- but you should do that with everything you put in your body ;-)
The rest is minor tweaking that you can do as you go along.
What happens when we get as sick as you've been, and find ourselves under the care of doctors for an extended period, is that we transfer authority to our docs which muddies our ability to connect with our bodies. It's like going the long way around: we sit there in that exam room, in our bodies, but instead of looking inward (where the true source of healing is) we look outward (at the doc) and expect him/her to be able to get inside us and figure out what's wrong. Yeah, they can do it sometimes (docs can be healers too) but there are risks -- we risk this will truncate our own relationship with our bodies; it also makes us vulnerable to their distortions -- their belief systems, power trips possibly, their fears of disease/death, etc. etc.
This isn't our fault (it isn't your fault!) -- it's the way our society conditions us.
So -- what I am detecting in your questions here is that now you're looking for Curezone to take over that same role -- you want The Answer written out in plain language so you have clear directions you can follow.
But the real value of this place -- and I say this as someone who found it only a few weeks ago -- is that there's a wealth of information here that you can draw on to make YOU the authority. Yes, you'll find detailed protocols here & there but as you've noticed, they can be hard to find/sort out and to be blunt about it, some of them are crap -- ALWAYS cross check ingredients via google or the search box in the upper right hand corner of the curezone page!
What is most important is to re-connect with YOUR body and teach yourself to let it (your intuition) guide you to what it needs to heal itself. This is a process, not something most of us can achieve with a snap of the fingers -- we have to unlearn years of conditioning to get there -- and we also have to jump over the metaphorical cliff sometimes -- meaning take that leap of faith that our bodies really can heal themselves if we just learn to nurture & support our inherent ability to heal.
Then curezone becomes a kind of "brainstorm support mother lode" that you can tap into to help you come up with ideas.
You were drawn to oil pulling -- that means something. Trust that, don't get hung up on overanalyzing it, go with it, and then move down your list to the next thing.
