The internet allows people around the globe to communicate. This morning I had one of the more unusal e-mails from an author of one of the early books I ever read on self-applied health explaining the Asian art of internal exercises. Seems one of his students handed him a copy of what I call BOOK I and it fasinated him enough to drop me an e-mail and wishes to try a few of the herbal products.

I consider this author one of he top authors alive today knowing about human health using a no cost method all can do; basically simple stretches and conditioning of the MIND to heal the body. Naturally the one thing his art lacks is the parasite issues, because once worms have entered the body and layed thousands upon thousands of eggs, etc...they are tuff to eradicate without the help of simple herbs. It would be interesting to have such an author do 2-3 liver flushes properly and see if he had parasites compared to the average person. If he practices what he preaches/writes, I will assume he is a man of great wisdom and health, it would be a delight to meet him someday.
