Perhaps I should give you all some history. Five months ago I had gone to a party where of course, there was lot to eat so I binged on some foods that I normally don't eat. Then there was dancing, so I dance like no one is watching. All the ladies who knew me and their husbands did not want to dance danced with me. When I woke up the next day I felt something had dislodged on the left side of my stomach. Can very heavy movements do that to your internal organs?
Since then it goes up and down. So now I am going to keep a diary of what I eat and when it goes up and down. I eat all kind of vegetables raw (ya, eggplant too), raw nuts, fruits and dried fruits, sprouted mung and chick peas, figs, dates, etc.
My question still remains should I increase my
Iodine intake? OR drop it?
Thank you.
