To me it sounds like you may have eaten too much, or too varied a diet, or something you ate was too concentrated for the digestion system when it wasn't ready to start up again. It has responded by flushing everything through to stop it from overloading the system. It's happened to me before. I broke my fast properly with fruit to start with but too soon I added in cooked meals. They were mostly veggies and all healthy stuff but it was too much for my body to cope with too soon. It's a lesson I will never forget and stick to high water content raw foods at least until my digestion system is fully up and running again now.
