Is Applecider vinegar alright to use post fast? It is high in potassium and good for breaking down calcium deposits.
Because of my hypo, i don't metabolise calcium properly, i wasn't pre armour anyway, according to last hair mineral test in Jan 08, this has improved a bit. Probably because Armour contains calcitonin, which regulates calcium.
Anyway, I have small lumps under the skin on my arms, which i thought might be lipomas, and also what i thought was vitiligo, which seemed to occur after taking Armour for awhile. I blamed high dose
Iodine i was taking at the time for this.
I was reading the report on this mineral test again, and it said that the calcium can end up in the gallbladder ie stones, soft tissues, skin etc. Now i knew this, but thinking about it again, i am now wondering if the white spots on my skin, are calcium deposits, and not vitiligo, the armour, helping me to metabolise calcium better, could have caused it to be taken from within, maybe organs etc, to deposit it at the extremities, ie skin, where it would do less harm. Also are the lumps, calcium deposits, i'm wondering. People say lipomas move under the skin, these don't.
I also get bad stiffness, another sign of calcium deposits in joints etc.
Anyway, i read ACV dissolves calcium deposits, so want to give that a go.
Does anyone know if my theories may be correct. Can white spots on the skin, be calcium deposits? Appreciate any views on this.
I know fasting will probably clear this excess calcium out, but it is Armour that is doing the job my thyroid should be doing to regulate it, so i'm reluctant to give that up whilst fasting. I know it is best to, so not to confuse body, but if it doesn't work, and doesn't reset my metabolism, i've not been taking anything to regulate my calcium. So i'm not sure what to do for the best. I've carried on taking it on my short fasts.
Thanks.
