>> Have any of you had someone to guide you through the process of overcoming Candida?
At first, I had only a doctor that believed in Candida and prescribed Nilstat. He was openminded, but he didn't know anything about true health. But it was enough to get by for many years.
I'd personally recommend finding a:
- Master herbalist
- Active live blood cell technician
- Naturopath (not homeopathy...)
- Nutritionist to help with a fast
What they say isn't going to be 100% accurate (do your own research!!!) but they can help and give you fresh ideas.
Personally, it's your health so I'd read more. Start here.
You can download her free online book but I bought one. It's my favorite book because she went through a 7 years of hell, experimenting with just about everything to bring us this information and save us the time and $$$. Nothing here is theoretical; this is hundreds of hours of reading and experimenting on her body condensed into one book.
Dr Hulda Clark
has one of the best books on health ever written and I highly recommend it. Covers everything from parasites, various cleanses, environmental toxins, even describes how to make your own device for testing yourself or your food for various toxins. This website is just a small portion of the book, I recommend buying it.
The “108” heath guide is one of the best health guides and the best part is it’s free. MH is a survivor so his experience is not just theory. I believe the people who actually had major problems are the ones who are best at showing others the way.
s on curezone.org. Get help and support from people with the same problems.
This is easy to do and has some merit, it helps with overall health but it especially helps with brain fog and any problems in the head/mouth/throat area. It’s also easy to do.
Although this guy had Eczema, he also had Candida. I like this site because he has what we have, autointoxication (which is the one cause of disease), except his formed externally not internally, so it's very easy (and graphic) to see him getting better.
