I found most tests to be a complete waste of time. Excepot the blood test that tests for immune complexes, at least in my case. I had all the tests done, urine, stool, blood. In my stool they said I had none. ( I guess not, obviously it does not want to come out or I would not have a problem), urine...complete waste of time and conflicting information since it said I had not metabolites found in my urine for candida but then said I had an extremely high fungal count. Later I found that the metabolite it tests for it changed to another metabolite as it passes thruy the liver giving false negatives. My immune complexes were thru the roof and off the charts but this test is not accurate for everyone either. Not everyone's body will continue to fight candida afer a while and since the blood test is testing your immune response it is ossible you might not have one anymore.
I found there are others ways of seeing if you have it. See what comes out when you do a cleansing enema, go on the diet, eat lots of garlic raw. Believe me, if you have it you will feel horrible after a few days on the diet. Then try going back off the diet and if you feel better you have a definitive yes to a diagnosis.
