I am hoping that this helps with the food cravings. The
Sugar cravings are ridiculous! I completely went off Metformin, Spirolactone, the
Antibiotic for my skin which I have been taking for polycystic Ovarian syndrome. I have done a few enemas, warm water and coffee and it seems to be helping with the bloating a bit and starting to get me cleaned out. I ordered the P&B shakes that everyone is talking about. I have begun Vitamineral Green every morning again, one packet per day of Emergen C, have switched my intake to all natural and organic foods. Limited my
Sugar to dark chocolate and some organic cookies and eat mostly fruits and veges, very little meat. I am ordering Humaworm and Intestinal cleanse #2 from
Dr. Schulze . Can anyone suggest anything else? Am I missing anything?

Bentonite clay mud mask and some tea tree oil and my trusty old (yes it's a chemical though) Retin A...I can't yet part with this. At my early 30's it is a wrinkle life saver....lol...I am hoping it clears soon.
I also hope to see my body begin to adjust and some weight drop off. There is no reason for the extra 15 to 20
pounds I am carrying and it would be nice to wear the clothing in my closet again by the end of May.
Anyone's suggestions or help is welcomed! I am doing daily enemas right now just to clean out and encourage movement. I plan to cut down to a couple times a week in the weeks to come.
