What were your pre-flush steps?
What protocol did you use?
Liver is on the right side ... you're having pain on both sides?
So the pain you're experiencing is probably the chrone's and not the flush?
I'm sorry, but eating mucus-forming foods when one has a bowel inflammation problem makes no sense to me. Mucus in the bowels traps bacteria.

Rob, I'm going to say this and will leave you alone if you disagree:
Dis-ease, ALL dis-ease, comes from ONE thing, acidosis. Acidosis comes from an acid ash accumulation in our bodies, most of it from food. Ridding the body of the acid accumulation is the way to better health. The fastest route is DO NO HARM.
