I've decided to start another P&B cleanse since I desperately need it and was wondering about the amount of psyllium. I'm pretty sure I remember the last time I did the cleanse I used 1 tsp. psyllium husks but when I just looked it up it says to use 1 tsp. powdered psyllium OR 1 Tbs. psyllium husks. A tablespoon seems like a lot to me. Does anyone have a preference over the powdered vs. the husks? Thanks!
