Day 9 here -- everything is great!!! Not sure how long I'm going to go this time, last year I did 22 days.

hello! it is day 16 for me....and all is well here!

Day 5 for me and a first timer. So far so good. Not feeling much of an internal difference though. I thought I'd feel more "empty" or lighter.

Day 3, 4th MC, doing well so far...

I'm on Day 5 of my second MC. So far so good! =)

DAY 5!!! 6lbs gone, feeling great!

Day 3 here ... ; )

Day 7 here, 3rd Master-Cleanse and doing well, although I'm still SO hungry! Feeling good, but probably only going to make it to 10 days if the hunger doesn't subside.

Day 14 here. All seems to be going nicely. Some of the colder days feel VERY cold though.
