I have decided to do something about the fillings in my teeth. Once I got my adult teeth I used to always get cavities on my molars. I already have my wisdom teeth out but still have one filling on each of my back four molars. Three years ago I also had some "white" fillings done on the top of two molars. This was before I knew about mercury poisoning. I will have to find out what materials was used with the "white" fillings.
So overall I have 4 back molars with amalgram fillings, one of those also has the "white" filling, and one other molar closer to the front with a "white" filling.
How should I get the fillings removed? Pull the rear four teeth?
Looking for advice. If you recommend getting the fillings taken out and keeping the teeth then what to fill them with? ZOE?
Thanks.
