If you read the review, the reviewer is a supporter of the paleo diet, she is criticizing the author of the book for jumping on the paleo-diet bandwagon and knowing nothing about the diet. The book she is reviewing is bad, the paleo diet / concept is not.
People should stop reading titles and jumping to conclusions. It kind of reminds me of a guy losing 100
pounds on the "McDonalds Diet". Turns out, he only ate the salad for 6 months, but to the average person reading the headline, they think that eating the burgers could do the same thing, lol.
