I believed you had mentioned Certo in a previous post for ailing joints, however there are several brands and several different marketing forms. I would imagine that brand will not matter much, but I have noticed some of the various Pectin includes Dextrose and/or sucrose which I would rather not have; citric acid or Fumaric Acid.
This looks like it is free of sugar and such... would it work?

What would be the best form to purchase, liquid, powder, jell? What kind of dosage would I be looking at? I am looking to aid my ailing knees... the pain is so bad today that I am having a very hard time (I usually want to just cut them off when they hurt like this, but then I want to live to be 140 and that will not happen without my working legs! :-)
I have some\little cartilage in both knees... pretty much bone on bone and it has been that way for many years. I keep hoping and thinking that this pain is part of my knees detoxing and rebuilding, at least it is what I believe; but the incessant close to unbearable pain does get this old boy down.
I am not complaining, I have had almost miraculous improvement in my health over the last 17 - 18 months through the changes I have made... and I do continue to exercise daily working through the pain. I guess my knees are my ultimate challenge!
I appreciate that you brought the Fruit Pectin up and offered the information, however through my searching, I ended up confused... :-\
P.S. I have heard of using gelatine in the past... is the fruit pectin a more viable option?
