We all have heard that regular exercise is a key to good health. But there are way too many kinds of exercises out there and I have discovered that many of them are actually harmful or ineffective.
So whats the best exercise?
Could it be Yoga postures, inversions, slant board exercises or is it something else... What are your experiences? I personally found yoga worked best for weight loss for me.
Although there is a lot of 'hype' about rebounding improving the lymphatic system I beg to differ.
Any exercise which helps in lengthning the spine is a good exercise.
When we jump on rebounder, we are still putting pressure on our disks ( although not as much as jumping on hard gorund).
Hence I would avoid it.
Here is a paper on curezone about 100% safe exercise for people with chronic conditions. It is based on experience of about 200 Russian MDs practicing the self-oxygenation holistic therapy to improve body oxygenation. Regards, Artour.
