You are welcome...
For those in doubt, I thought the references throughout the pages of the link would also serve to emphasize that the options moreless offers us to balance pH, such as the alkalizing drink are both inexpensive and valid in a day where we have little more to choose from than anemic food in groceries.
Of course it is always best to get our alkaline minerals from high quality food sources, but for some,, especially those of us that may live in a city, like me, it could be near impossible to get hold of high quality fresh right off of the vine foods...
Even though I live in a city, I am lucky in that I can supplement some, at times, from the few small gardens around, including my parents, lemon and other citrus trees from January till the end of March, AND I have found out that the store down the street gets their IN SEASON organic produce from a farming community only an hour and a half away. I am considering purchasing a refractometer to test the food.
I do not know that the book will contain information that we here at curezone do not already know, it is accepting it as truth that is difficult.
