I just finished a 3 day water fast. This is no doubt the hardest approach i have done. I know this can only do me good but its a difficult approach, some go for 30 days, which i applaud because that is true strength.
I've got several medicines i want to try but are only available on prescription.
Is it as simple as normalize the overgrowing skin?
The causes are all from a form of inflammation, which has developed a response to accelerate the skin growth.
some EC is self inflicted and others aren't. Would a stronger immune system help or cause more overgrowing skin?... i think cause more.
In our case if we self-inflicted an auto immune response, can we reverse that back. Theres so many scenarios. Leaving the lip alone, it constantly grows. I've left the skin on until it became yellow, cycle continued..
This condition is so open.. if there really was improvement, then there would be signs of life. I've said this before and people tend to ignore. If you tried to pick at a normal persons lip, there would be blood. When i was younger and i picked at my lips there was blood. Its common sense and shows healthy skin.
Slowing down skin cell production and the skin will bond and strengthen and everything will fall into place. Pulling at "healthy" skin and ripping it off, with no blood is not an improvement.
The vocal point should be slowing down skin cell production to normalize whatever is accelerated. I'm not even sure if there is a cause when your at the point alot of people are on here. I'm sure if i water fasted for over 10 days i might see an improvement but easier said than done. However you got EC, know that if you tried to forcefully peel the skin off, if it was truly improving there would be blood/resistance. There can be countless theories. All i know is the skin grows so fast the lips haven't healed, thus possibly aiding in the body thinking to grow more skin to protect it. This is just the way i see things, all my previous theories and fasting experience have lead to this post.
Slow down the skin cell growth and blood in this scenario isn't a bad thing, it is improvement. Now has anyone had an improvement.... a longer cycle(indicating slower skin growth), with less skin and some resistance/blood?
I want everyone who read this to drop what made their lips worse?.. by worse i mean what lead to the overgrowing of skin. Was it a treatment?
thx, this can really help.
