Chris, one of your posts further down, mentioned rebounders.
I've just got back from chiro and chiropodist. I have been given the go ahead to do gentle exercise, and can use the rebounder gently, and do some crunches. I'm not completely right yet, but after not being able to exercise for 15 years without suffering the consequences i'm estatic. I can even do some tai-chi or pilates if i want.
I was reading the rebounder can even help cancer, because of its affect on the lymph system, and combined with niacin treatment it can destroy cancer cells, interesting.
My rebounder is only a cheap one and did cause neck pain, so stuck in garage, i'm just hoping it is not the rebounder causing the problem in this instance. Anyway, it is coming back in the house.
Chris, how many minutes do you do on it? I'm going to start with a few minutes several times a day.
This is a big thing for me, being able to exercise, so anyone who can and isn't, get off your butts LOL You don't know how lucky you are.
