Hello, new to this forum but not to water fasting. I have successfully completed 3 10 day
Water Fasts a couple months apart, and am embarking on my first attempt at a 30 day water fast. Today is day one. I have been eating raw for the past 3 days, and decided today would be the day. I am significantly over weight, and hope to drop at least 20 pounds. I also have been eating horribly over the last few months, and am looking to break a terrible sugar/carb addiction. I want to start fresh after my fast eating as clean as possible, with at least 80% raw.
Any and all advice and or opinions are welcome, as well as daily chat!
