This would be good knowledge for all protocols of an oxidative nature; Iodine
therapy, ozone water, etc.
It would seem that we would want to avoid the aloes during the health protocol. However, on a regular basis, it appears that it is good to consume aloe vera to enhance the C and E vitamins. I can't stand the gel; so it does not matter which is better for me.
