After only 1 day of green drink fasting I had a fresh body scent. Then I slipped off the tracks, went back to dirty eating habits and that smell came right back. Off to detox I go again. Wish me luck.
That's great. At least you've identified the source - your digestive system. After detox, try introducing foods slowly, one at a time, so you can identify which food is the culprit.
I don't have the serious odors that some on this forum attest to. Yet, only an hour or so after getting out of the tub, I start to notice odors, the smell when someone's been sweating all day? Seems odd to me.
