Hey there!
I know, seriously, food is totally just something that you do... i have had the same experience. Im also a first timer, rounding out day 4. Some of the most consistent advice that i have gotten is just to stay busy. Do some of that stuff that you have been planning on doing for a while and you have never gotten around to it. It's been working for me so far!
