I know how to break a long fast, but how exactly do i break a 3 day one? I was thinking of some melon tonight, different fruit and veg next day, and add salad, grain, on the 3rd and eat healthily but normal amounts thereafter. Can i add protein on 3rd day, being only a 3 day fast. I know normally you would wait until second week, on longer fast, to add nuts etc.
