You want to stick with mostly fresh vegetable and fruit juice. A veggie broth every know and then won't hurt.

I tried it toward the end of my recent 32 day Juice Fast. I was blown away by how great it tasted. I've used this broth several times since ending my fast and I still love it. It takes a lot of work but it's worth it IMO.
