Book III is the rarest book I have ever read, I paid $1,000 basically for the copy I used on the school and the author ended up in prison shortly after he wrote that book, it answers more about germ warfare starting in 1918 to the bird flue of today than any other source with inside info. The author suggest anti-dotes, while I have no clue if this author is correct, but the book a must read for historical info.
